    I got my books!

    I was so happy when I registered for class with ITSM Academy and found out they are offering the ITIL new print books. For me, digital reading and open-book exams just aren't a great combination. I learn better when I can highlight pages, add notes in the margins, and quickly flip back to important sections. The book has already become a valuable reference, both for exam preparation and for applying the concepts at work. If you're someone who prefers learning from a physical book, I highly recommend getting a hardcopy.

    I was doing a Google search trying to find the new ITIL hardcopy books and was having no luck. When I realized ITSM Academy had them available, I was incredibly grateful. The ordering process was simple, the communication was excellent, and the books arrived exactly as expected. These books have earned a permanent spot on my professional bookshelf, and I can finally let go of my old V3s.
