Your pass gives you access to ALL ITSM Academy courses required to achieve your ITIL Strategic Leader Designation - and ALL exam vouchers - for one flat fee.

The options above allow you to customize your Pass to include all courses required to earn your Strategic Leader designation, including:

• ITIL (Version 5) Foundation
• ITIL Strategy
• ITIL Transformation

Prerequisites: The ITIL 4 Foundation and/or ITIL (Version 5) course is a prerequisite for all other Strategic Leader courses. There is no prerequisite to attend the ITIL Foundation course.

Exams and Certifications: Exams are included with all courses. See each of the individual courses for details. ITIL (Version 5) Advanced Courses now include open book exams. Read more about the open book exam experience. 

Classes are delivered in ITSM Academy’s live, instructor-led virtual classrooms and include the correlating exam voucher.

All ITIL Advanced Courses are limited to a maximum of attendees. We promise to make every effort to schedule sufficient courses so that all Pass holders have multiple choices available. However, we are unable to guarantee a place for a specific date. Book early to avoid disappointment.
