Courses are delivered in ITSM Academy live, instructor-led virtual classrooms and include the correlating exam voucher.

All ITIL advanced courses are limited to a maximum of attendees. We promise to make every effort to schedule sufficient courses so that all Pass holders have multiple choices available. However, we are unable to guarantee a place for a specific date. Book early to avoid disappointment.

Prerequisites: The ITIL 4 Foundation and/or ITIL (Version 5) course is a prerequisite for all other Strategic Leader courses. There is no prerequisite for the ITIL Foundation course.
