    I have trained with ITSM Academy for many years, have sent my team to them, and I love the games! We play them in class, and they are available to play after class. It makes such a difference. It takes some of the stress off exam prep, and sometimes I will pull up one of the games and play with my team as an ice breaker to our Program meetings. Keep them coming, ITSM Academy!
