What is the Leadership Journey?
It is an immersive coaching program consisting of 12 live, virtual interactive sessions designed to amplify awareness of key leadership behaviors and how these behaviors work together for success. Each group session is facilitated by an experienced Executive Coach who guides participants in developing essential leadership traits. The participants gain a deeper understanding of themselves and others using a powerful set of industry proven tools and techniques.

Audience - Who should take the Leadership Journey?
Every leader that wants to improve their leadership skills and behaviors! Leaders that attend the Virtual Leadership Journey are generally those that have been leading a team for a while or are newly appointed or are about to lead a new team, organization or project. They had been good at using technical skills or doing specific tasks but now they find that leadership requires deeper insights and a broader perspective.
Generally, participants are individuals that had been successful using their technical skills as an engineer, accountant, project manager, sales professional, etc. These leaders now need to handle conflict, inspire and motivate. However, as they take on the new leadership role issues arise because these technical skills don’t translate. They are not what is needed for leading and inspiring.
This is where PeopleTek excels! The PeopleTek Virtual Leadership Journey provides each leader with an interpersonal roadmap of how “they show up” and what will be required for them to now succeed as a leader. The Journey to being a successful leader is a process, not an event. This program is for people that want to take the Journey to be the best leader they can be!

Certification: If you complete the Leadership Journey study guide, you're sure to successfully pass the 21 question, 30-minute, open book exam. This earns you 25 Professional Credit Hours and the designation of CPLBR - Certified Professional Leader of Business Relationships.

Let's Go Green: Materials for this course are accessible as downloadable soft copy files that can be viewed on a variety of devices. Attendees may also print a hard copy of the files in whatever format best meets their needs. These materials may also be utilized to complete the study guide and the post program exam.
Instructors: The Coach/Facilitators are Certified Coaches (most from the International Coaching Federation) and have also worked in Corporate America. They have experience working with IT professionals, enabling them to effectively intertwine theory and real-world stories and scenarios. Utilizing the highest quality content, this training style encourages active group interactions that impact participants throughout their career.
